Contrary to most people's opinion that MONEY is the greatest issue in marriage, the lack of it or the abundance of it. If this notion were to be true separation or divorce should be limited only to the poor or the rich. However statistically there is no reflection that the real issues that leads to divorce or separation is money.
In most of the cases it is irreconcilable differences. As with any issues in life it is quite normal and easy to look and dwell on the surface or obvious, the root issue in most marriages which that is commonly ignored is
HONOR.
WHAT IS HONOR?
The Greek liken honour to Gold, because it is valuable, weighty and heavy on the other hand dishonour is liken to steam, because it is worthless and nobody pays any particular attention to it.
The English diction defines honour as something or somebody held in high esteem, or to show a courteous regard for somebody.
In other words whoever we honour we will VALUE and GIVE ATTENTION or PRIORITY
Jesus expressed how we should to relate with God and one another in Matt 22:36-40.
Apostle Peter expressed in 1 Pet 3:6-14 that honour is a joint responsibility between husband and wife, contrary to most people opinions and beliefs.
